How do I get a project from Character Animator to a webpage?

I wanted to make some interactive content with my Character Animator project but can't seem to figure out how to get this content into Muse.

The best way to go for the web would be File > Export > Video Via Adobe Media Encoder.

Then you can add it as a video element into your HTML: HTML5 Video

What if I want to play as soon as a button is clicked and I don't want there to be a video player element- as in, I don't want it to be stoppable.

That's more of an HTML question, not sure. But it's possible - see the background video I added on http://okaysamurai.com/puppets/ - it just plays and loops. I just filled in the video from the template (link on that page's footer).
