How do I make the jaw move with mouth?

How can I make the jaw move with the mouth movements?  I did it before, but I forgot what I did. 

I don't believe this is the same as the nutcracker jaw. I don't want a separate jaw/mouth, just having the jaw move when the mouth moves. I know it's possible because, again I've done it before.
