How to do zoom out on screen of parf of head?

I used the zoom on the left pupil (for example) but I don't understand how to zoom out! There is only zoom in! Please help me....I can't work.

I translated Japanese to English using translation software.

I once uploaded a tutorial on camera zooming and camera zooming out to YouTube.
It's in Japanese, but I think you can get the general idea.

1）Add a new camera.

2）Check the box for circular mouse and touch input.
3）Use mouse scroll to zoom in and out.
