How to fix a ONE-VIEW character (NOT FLOATING) with the WALK behavior?

HI CH Community,

I want my character to walk but don't have that much time to illustrate and rig a 3-view character.

Is there anyway to fix a ONE-VIEW character to the ground (not floating) one it stops walking???
