how to import mp4 file to adobe Ch scene

I recently finished creating my puppet on adobe Ch but I have another problem where I cannot import a video file. I want to use this file as a background for my puppet. I only know how to import png file. I really need some help!

You can't import mp4 files into Ch. you can add mp4 baground use of adobe premiere pro.
