How to post to Facebook

This might be a silly question, but I want to use the character I created to post on IG and FB. How do I do that? Please direct me to a tutorial that will allow me to do that.

If you are looking to do something live you would want to be looking into the Streaming capabilities.
Live Stream will require additional software.

Are you talking live? probably not.

Static image? There is export frame in the menus,

Video? record a scene then export media to create a video file,

You then upload the file create to FB. There is no built in connector. Just export file and upload it.
