How to rig arm and hand for the chord playing hand

in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mTSNfMSFck&t=164s at 13:30 Dave shows that the chord hand is just and arm and a hand with the guitar sandwiched in between. While I can draw that in Illustrator, I can't seem to get the hand and arm to work together in Character Animator. The hand and the arm are on different (sub)layers then. How can I make them work like in the video?

    Hi, You can check the puppet that he used at this link https://okaysamurai.com/puppets/ and you scroll down a little and you will find the character to dowload and you can go through the file in character animator to better undertsand it.

      Thanks. I've gone and checked Linden and Martin as well....it's getting clearer now but it'll take some practicing and studying to really figure it out. It's probably what you get when you're a beginner and want to make an intermediate level cartoon
