Character Animator does have a feature to retain vector graphics. In the Rig section, go to the properties panel, and under Puppet, enable "Render as Vector."

This feature allows you to import characters at any size because you can scale them inside Character Animator with no pixelation. However, I'd prefer keeping the resolution of the character close to what's required in the scene so that I don't have to play a lot with the scale property.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,
Nishu

Hi,

Thanks for the post. For character design in Illustrator, the recommended artboard size is at least 3300 x 2550 pixels, especially if you want crisp detail and might print your work later. Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks,
Kevin
