I'm not good at English so I didn't understand your question well. sorry.

Your puppet had a knee tag on puppet's Hip. I fixed it.

I also added ”limb IK” and added drag tags to the heels.

Watch the YouTube video as it's difficult to explain this in English.

I hope it helps.

I also uploaded the project and puppet files to Dropbox.

However, it is difficult to get the knees down.
I want to wait for other people's answers.

Thank You.

Thank you very much for your time and help.  This is also a way to do it.

Nevertheless I couldn't fix it the way I wanted.  In previous projects with Limb IK I could just move the puppet down and it would bend the knees.  This time, it gets stuck to the background.   I applied the Limb IK to the front puppet.  I wonder if there's a way to fix it.  If somebody knows.. I'd appreciate it.  I leave the rigging I did...

thank you in advance

Doesn't the puppet move by dragging around the head like in the video?

If it doesn't work, there may be other causes.

Then I have a hard time helping you.
sorry.

thank you for your time and answer...

no, the problem of the puppet is that I cannot make him sit, or kneel... because everytime I try to do that the neck is stuck with the background... like there was a pin or something fixing it with the background...

IN the following picture, I show you an earlier project, and I can use Limb IK and make it kneel....

But I cannot do that with this one..

please confirm.

There are various possible causes.

Is the puppet independent of the background?
Is there a crown mark on the puppet layer?
Did you add a draggable tag to your puppet's origin?

If possible, upload your puppet to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Thank you.

I'd like to add something.  I'm using a character with different heads

I took away all the fixed handles and the Limb IK and the problem continued
