I have a problem moving a tag

The bright yellow one up by the mouth. 

I have just finished this cartoon in Illustrator and moved it into Character Animator. This one spot won't go away, won't move, won't do anything but foul up the picture's center. When I try to eliminate it the name 'neck' disappears but the 'zero' won't go away. When I try to just eleminate it the Properties changes to (Handle). Why? And how do I stop it?
