I keep forgetting the shortcut
I really should write this down. What's the shortcut for turning on/off all of the behaviors in the record menu?

I found the answer. Simply ctrl+click any of the puppet track behaviors to turn them all on or all off. Here is a link to ALL of the available shortcuts: Character Animator keyboard shortcuts (adobe.com)
