IK arm puppet track behaviour missing

How do I find this?

I downloaded the 2.1 version but it just has dragger and eye gaze etc

not the Arm IK.

    You have to add the behavior yourself - it is not put on puppets by default. There are several places you can add new behaviors - I normally use the rigging panel. Above the column headings is the “global root” for the puppet where all the defaults are added. There is a “+” symbol up there if you hover over the right place (or is it a drop down menu?). That allows you to add new behaviors. I think you need the menu to see the full list you can add. Its the same as aadding autoblink etc.
