Illustrator | How do I remove this gray dotted line

When using a template for a catalog I'm working on, the PDF version has a dotted line on the page.  There seems to be an artboard in that area but I'm not sure how to get rid of the dotted line after I'm finsihed editing the document in Illustrator.  It does not show up in Illustrator but only when it is exported and viewed as a PDF.
Any ideas?
