Impossible to activate Pro Mode

Question

Hi,I'am member of a french university. I have an Creative Cloud All Apps for education plan managed by my institution.6 month ago I started a project with Character Animator with Pro mode.Since the beginning of July, i can't open this project anymore. See the attached screenshots.I don't understand why i can't use le the pro mode.All my other app of the Creative Cloud are OK (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshops, Illustrator, Bridge...)Doesn't anyone has an idea to solve this problem ?The Pro Mode is not include in the Creatice Cloud ?We are several to have this problem in my instution.Thanks in advance for you answers.Best regardsArnaud

Hi,Adobe Customer Care has found the reason problem. Our organisation installation package of the CC was too old (built in 2020) to apply the latest update of Adobe Character and the new dissociation between Base and Pro mode.A new built of the package solved the problem.Best regards

That is strange. Yes, Pro mode should be available to all paid users. Let us know if Customer Care doesn't work out and we can look into it more.
