Invalid Surface Image

How do I resolve or get rid of the Invalid Surface Image.

Error Code: (ChangeNotifier.js:48)

Error Code (engine.js.474)

Error Code: (boostrap.js:3)

I am using macOS High Sierra and CA 2019. I can work on the puppet in rig mode but when I go to Record or Stream, this is when I get the error.

Looks like version 2019 doesn't like working off of our servers.  I moved the files to my desktop and it is working fine.  That's a problem still for me.
