Is it possible (in the future) to set triggers to toggle layer arrangements?

Hi Dave and team  I'm working on a medieval guy that i ant to have a frontal look  and not a 3 quarter as most of the characters.

Once in a while i want to ba able te switch the arms from the front of the body to the back.

For now I've created a double ste for each arm , but this is somewhat tedious. It would be nice if i could toggle the layer arrangement

at certain moments , where it keeps te position of the arms.

i recorded my question in camtasia and i gathered all in a zip you can find it here on my CC account  Adobe Creative Cloud  sorry for my broken english.

By the way: what great stuff CH is !

If you are still looking to swap the front and back arms, there is a pretty easy way to do it. Just create two swap sets of the body, rename them Left Arms and Right Arms, and then delete everything else in each swap set.

Very nice scene, by the way.

This solution reduces fps. Shouldn't need to make such redundancies when the code can make a callback to the layer. I suggest finding ways for us to reduce file sizea, not make them bigger. You currently have us stuck between a rock (redundant work) and a hard place (bogging down a single core software). This prevents any innovation or growth and limits us to the basics. This will prevent CA from ever being considered a pro software. Think about the users please. Honestly, without a simple mirror solution for head profiles alone, I consider CA to still be beta. Think like an animator and provide tools you would want as an animator. Thank you.
