Is there a way to resize a layer speed rate in timeline scene?

Hi there,

my recording while dragging arms or legs goes to slow coz requires more attention. In the end the recording goes huge over the rest.

Is there a way to bend  that recording between 2 seconds or 10, not like a cut, same actions but faster or slower?

I know the recording speed option, useful but it's hard to predict the end.
