Is there anyway to scale the UI of Character Animator for a 32 inch 4k monitor?

How will the UI for Character Animator look on a 32 inch 4k monitor? If it's too small is there anyway to scale just the UI tools and text but not the puupet canvas and movie frame.

No, Character Animator doesn't have UI scale options. You have to use the UI scaling options built into Windows or macOS to affect most Adobe apps.
