issues about my adobe chracter animator

Hi Everybody ,

i have 2 problems that meet me woking on the program , this messages from the program made me crazy 

i can't open a scene for a new puppet , can't load the charcters on the program in scene , 

please i need for your help .

For the first problem, try Alt-clicking on the Refresh button () at the bottom of the Scene panel.
For the second problem, try updating to the latest version (3.1 right now).
