Issues Syncing Pro Creative Cloud and Character Animator Accounts

Hi everyone! I've recently been trying to using the Pro features for character animator but have had issues with my character animator account recognizing that I have the Pro creative cloud subscription. When I go into "manage account" on my creative cloud dashboard it indicates that I have a Pro account and that they have received my initial payment for the month but then when I try to launch character animator it says that I am still on the starter account... Any advice is much appreciated!

You should be able to switch from Starter to Pro by clicking on the word “Starter” in the upper right corner and selecting “Pro.” When switching from Starter to Pro (or vice versa), Character Animator will stay in that mode until manually switched again by the user.
