Legs bending wrong direction (not walking cycle)

Question

I wanted to make it so that the legs bend so my character can sit down. I did it but whenever I record the recording changes it so that legs are going the wrong direction. Please help.

Have a look at the Limb IK behavior. There might be a useful tip on https://www.okaysamurai.com/CHFAQ/ (if not, we can bug Dave to add it &#128521;
