Usually this can be fixed by going back a few steps in your History panel. If it doesn't, try reaching out to DanTull - who knows his way around these kind of issues. Usually these errors seem to come up when something goes out of sync, especially if you have your files on a cloud-backed solution like Dropbox or Creative Cloud - we recommend always keeping everything local.
