libgit2 error

I had a major problem when I upgraded to Catalina - had to reinstall Mohave and rebuild my contents

"Fortunately" my CA projects were in on iCloud so I can still see them and some load perfectly - BUT the most important ones produce a libgit2 error as per the attached - any guidancce would be appreciated as I don't have much hair to pull out!!
