libgit2 error when I try to open a project.

I am getting this error. When I create a new project I get second error below.

character animator
libgit2 error
cannot access component in path

Is your Character Animator project folder in a path that is currently being synced (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.), backed up (CrashPlan, etc.), or indexed by some background process? If so, try temporarily disabling it or excluding the Character Animator project's path to see if the problem goes away.

What's the full path to your Character Animator project folder?
