Linked puppets missing from Adobe website

I'm trying to download the turtle puppet that's shown on this Adobe blog post:
https://blog.adobe.com/en/publish/2019/09/26/its-no-bull-animate-in-real-time-really

 

When I click the "Download both puppets" link, it takes me to a page of downloadable puppets, but I don't see the turtle puppet anywhere. Can anyone provide a link?
