Hello,

I'm new to Character Animater I kinda know myself around the application but I'm still having trouble with this. As I am moving my mouth in the camera, the puppet reacting to my mouth movements.

Any tips as to why it is.

Thank you

If I understand you correctly, what you're seeing are default reactions to smiling and surprised mouth shapes that do not depend upon audio input.

    Hello

Basically, what I meant is when I do some sort of mouth movements in the camera the puppet isn't mimicking my mouth movements. how can I configure that issue

CH doesn't use the camera to determine what shape the puppet's mouth should be making. It goes solely by the audio it is receiving from the microphone. If the puppet is making an Aa sound when it's supposed to be making an Ee sound, you need to go into the timeline and edit the visemes themselves. Each viseme is labled in the timeline and you can change or delete them or change their position to better match what you are saying. The latest version of CH includes the ability to read a transcript and match the visemes accordingly though I have not yet used that feature.
