Lip Sync Issues: No "eff" or "ooh" sounds and sync off

Hi,

I am confused as to why my puppet does not produce "eff" or "oof" sounds. Also, the lip sync appears to be off a bit.


Can you advise on ways to fix this?

    Hi Nadia,

    Sorry for the frustration on this. Try and recreate the layers in question in Illustrator and allow Character Animator to sync back up. Sometimes just copy/pasting existing content into new layers (then deleting the old ones) can help. Let us know if that assisted you at all.
