Lip Sync using motion detection only

Hey gang hope everyone is doing great.

I'm learning a lot watching the tutorials for CH.

My issue is that my characters lip sync camera detection isn't always mouthing the words that I'm saying, seems the shape is off. 

I grabbed Chad just to test but still seems a little off too

Any thoughts and thank you for your help in advance and much appreciated.

I am adding a screen shot of the rig and also a video I recorded to test the lip sync.
