Lip Sync Visemes

I am trying to edit a lip sync I have done from an audio file but the Visemes is greyed out as if no visemes have been produced? Any ideas as im pulling my hair out over this!

Could you provide a screenshot of your timeline showing it greyed out and the other tracks? Usually its because there is another recording overriding it (even if no visemes in that other recording).

Thanks for getting back to me. It seems like its a bug. I eventually managed to get it to work. I just tried to replicate the issue but it apears to be working now.
