Lip Synch Crash

Whenever I try to "compute lip synch from scene audio" as the status bar gets to 100% the program crashes and closes entirely. (CH v. beta 5)

Legend

Does this happen for all audio files or just one?
Does adjusting the bit depth or sample rate (in something like Adobe Audition) help?
Is the file particularly long or have a big file size?

If nothing helps, could you share here or DM me your audio file via a shared link on Google Drive, Dropbox, or Creative Cloud to take a closer look?

Hi! I figured it out- I think the size was too big! I was trying to use a background at the same time the way it was rigged in the intro tutorial and my computer just couldnt handle it! thanks so much
