Lip Synch Crash

Whenever I try to "compute lip synch from scene audio" as the status bar gets to 100% the program crashes and closes entirely. (CH v. beta 5)

    • Does this happen for all audio files or just one?
    • Does adjusting the bit depth or sample rate (in something like Adobe Audition) help?
    • Is the file particularly long or have a big file size?

    If nothing helps, could you share here or DM me your audio file via a shared link on Google Drive, Dropbox, or Creative Cloud to take a closer look?

    Hi! I figured it out- I think the size was too big! I was trying to use a background at the same time the way it was rigged in the intro tutorial and my computer just couldnt handle it! thanks so much
