Low resolution for streaming, even with fast upload speed

Hello,

I'm trying to stream on various platforms, but when I open another browser to view the feed, it's low resolution. 

- My internet speed is very fast (did a speed check)

- I use OBS and have the appropriate settings in place (or so I think)

- I have an Nvidia card, and use the hardware encoder (NVENC)

I can't find the bottleneck. And I don't think this would be due to my webcam?? Since I'm using it soley for motion capture.  Any help will be appreciated.
