I forgot how to make his body stay still instead of moving around like in the pic below.

You have too many independent layers. The root should be independent, but as soon as you see a layer with all children independent then it's almost certainly wrong.

pins on an independent layer pin to the parent layer. The body probably should not be independent, then pins will pin it to the scene.

I would put pins along the bottom edge, like Rin.
