Manually input timecode for triggers

Is it possible to create triggers using timecode?

*I have several 1 minute videos where I have to "live" record the eye movement (just looking left/right, depending on who is talking) and I use the triggers.

*Mapped to the right/left arrow keys and that works fine...

But can I just enter timcodes and make it "look left (or right)" at certian timecodes?

(i.e.: "Look left" at 01:01:01:01, 01:02:00:00, 01:03:10:00, etc.)?

I've never heard of using timecodes as a trigger. But what you can do is copy the keyframes for your motion and paste them into the correct spots.
