Mom moves from point in her chest. Rigging help needed

I can't get this Mom character to move from her origin point...her legs move up when I move my head from side to side. After copying exact layer structure from an Adobe-downloaded character, I am still scratching my head about this. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hey Nancy!

You need to:

1. In CH rig mode, select your Body group in the layer list on the left.

2. Select the Fixed pin tool (thumbtack) in the bottom tool panel.

3. Click on each shoe to add a fixed handle at them.

4. Go back to your scene.
