Motion Library with 4 legged characters, is it possible?

Hi, I’m currently working on animating a 4 legged giraffe character. I have manged to get it walking however is it possible to apply the motion library to it? At the moment when motion library is applied it deforms the character majorly.
I’ve heard that character animator isn’t really made for multiple legged characters but is there a work around? like for the walk cycle?

Japanese was converted to English using translation software.

Character Animator's motion library is preset specifically for humans, so it is not suited for quadrupedal walking.

However, by dividing the motion into upper and lower body parts, it is possible to create a four-legged walk.
