Mouth not visable

Puppet mouth is not visible except when I move my mouth.  otherwise face has no mouth.  I'm sure it is how I have arranged the layers in the puppet but I can't gfind the problem.

    Found my problem.  I incorrectly moved a head turner group into the puppet and it is interfering with the scene.
