Mouth trigger not working

I wonder if you are using an old version. That is fine - i think that option might be the default in newer versions. I never had to touch that setting

I think your visemes are appearing, but they are behind the default mouth so you cannot see them. You need to add the default mouth layer into the swapset so when you trigger the grin etc it hides the default mouth (with all the visemes under it)
