mouth triggers don't work when head turn is triggered

Hi,

I have a puppet with a smile trigger. I also added a head turn with a smile triggered to the head turn. The smile works in front view but when I press the head turn trigger the smile doesn't work. It seems if I use the head turn trigger, none of the other triggers works. Am I missing something or ss there a trick to this?
