My Character is bobbing up and down not walking

Hi All,

I have rigged my character up with all relevant tags as per tutorial videos I have watched. Checked that a '1' appears in the handles Limb IK - handles. When I add the walk behaviuor my character is just bobbing up and down. Is the order of adding tags and behaviuors relevant. I have made other characters and theyve had no issues. Also, this character is on trigger does that make a difference.
