My own character keeps smiling even when disabled

Hi everyone, I have two characters in a scene.

One I created myself and one downloaded from adobe.

My own character keeps randomly doing a smile even though I disable lipsync in behaviours.

My character also smiles when I silently mouth hello but any other speech or mouth actions it does what I want and stays on default mouth. the adobe character is fine. What could I be missing if microphone and lipsync are turned off and it's still doing a smile?

Thank you for reading.

Hello.

Character Animators move their mouths by reading facial expressions from the webcam even outside of
audio.

Therefore, even if the Lip Sync Behavior feature is turned off, the mouth will still move.

You can turn off the webcam or remove the Surprise and Smile tags to prevent the mouth from moving.

Hi did calibrate the camera and it seemed to happen much less. I couldn't disable camera as I was recording movements for the two characters. 👍
