My Own Puppet

Hi colleagues,

Could you please advise who can do my own puppet with my realistic behavior based on video with me? And how much it will cost? I have my video as a resource for body or face parts. I know about tutorials. But I want to entrust work to more mature Photoshop user than me. Thank you very much for any advice or help offer.
