I followed along to Okay Samurai's tutorial starting with puppet Blank.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JL024_E1AUk&list=PLdcW0eJAkJzCI8rFcPjycwcycsONsIKP6&index=5

for some reason my pupils sometimes looking up dissapear into my brain lol I'm not sure how to adjust that tracking or if it has something to do with something else.

Also, I am having trouble with the camera calibration, any tips on that would be extremely helpful.

and the mic is picking up and moving lips to the fan just very odd. can I turn down background noise? how do I do that?

I've attached the puppet I call CSC-Avatar.

thank you for your help. 🙂

Check the origin points for the pupils to make sure they are in the center of the objects and not somewhere else. The farther they are from the center, the more they will travel.

For the sound, it helps to have some sort of headset that keeps the microphone next to your mouth. Those do a great job of filtering out unwanted background noise.

How unusual. I'll take a look at the puppet when I get a chance.
