my puppet isn't showing in the rig

this has happened twice now where i have already recorded a lot of parts using the puppet but then something happens where it isnt rigged right, i go to the rig to fix it but now the puppet isnt showing...

Try holding down the ALT key and double-clicking in the stage to re-center the puppet.

See in the bottom right corner under the big white area it says "1%" (blue drop down). I wonder if the zoom factor got messed up. Try changing the zoom to see if the puppet comes back into view.

ive changed it to 100% and i still can't see it.

the most fustrating thing is it is showing up in the record section, and all i need to do is remove some fixed rigging off the legs.
