My webcam won't work. Help please

I'm using Character Animator ver 3.0. Whenever I press the camera icon on the camera panel, this error pops up. How do I fix this?

Try a lower resolution and frame rate maybe? But there have been other reports of cameras not working.

Someone from Adobe may answer, but my guess is the device driver provided for your camera does not support an API call that Adobe relies on. I don't know if there is a solution other than to try a different camera device. What sort of camera is it?

I'm using the ANBIUX webcam HD 1080 usb. So my camera is not compatible? Maybe the lower version is compatible with this device?
