Need Help - Rigging Robot Arms - Arms Behaving Differently.

I've an arm issue that I've spent days on; both robot arms have the same rigging, but one arm is behaving completely differently and not recording correctly. I'm stumped. https://youtu.be/HjgJNEadejI

Is some other behaviour else controlling them??  IK? Drag?

Hello. I can't say for sure without taking a closer look at your puppet,
If the wrist tag is added to other layer groups as well,
IK behaviors for the limbs do not work correctly and the arms are extended.
Please check to see if there are any duplicate wrist or shoulder tags in other areas.

Thanks.

I don't see where you're using the LimbIK behavior. Have you tried that?
