No Audio when recording

I attach the video file to show. I press the red button which is recording. I add the audio file for lip syncing.

Anyway, when i recording, i dont hear anything

also after recording, i see the file but it is ARF file which is unplayable??

I used translation software to convert Japanese to English.

The waveform is displayed, so it seems that audio is being recorded.

The reason why there is no sound is probably because the audio device is not set properly.

Preferences >Audio Hardware

Is the default output set to the setting you want?
