no video on using NDI Virtual input as a virtual webcam

Hi all.

I am using NDI virtual input to make a camcorder's video output as virtual webcam.  In Character Animator, I can only get audio but no video. Ch can recognize the virtual webcam, the webcam icon and the mic icon are all blue.Can anyone help with this conversation?

    HOla, estoy intentándolo desde el Tricaster y no he hallado la manera de hacerlo.
