no way to run the program cause dll miss fails

Hi, i try to run the program but allways have same problem.. MF.dll not found.. MFplat.DLL not found or same.

I try what say on webs restart pc.. serveral times.. not work.

i reinstall windows full clean... not work.

i reinstall program several times. not work.

any one have this problem, have find the way to fix it pls ?
