Nutcracker jaw -- where is the Nutcracker Annie puppet?

I am trying to use the nutcracker jaw feature and need a detailed puppet to help me solve a possible rigging problem. Where is the Nutcracker Annie.psd puppet that is referenced in the literature? What I have found otherwise is limited and does not help. Thanking anyone in advance.

My problem is that even though it is an independent layer, my +Jaw also moves both the  Head and  Body (while also seeming to move itself appropriately in relation to the Head.  I'm sure I am doing something profoundly dumb but I can't find a good example to work with.  I found the gorilla example but it does not help me.  I am making  an actual nutcracker character and I do not want the face to move or distort (like a real nut cracker wouldn't do). I have gone through every permutation of independence of Head, Body, and Jaw layers I can think of.   My drawing app is Illustrator but I can speak Photoshop.  I need Nutcracker Annie!  hahaha
