One Character flickers/glitches when I export Character Animation from Premiere Pro

I have made 2 character animations who are having a conversation. I created and recorded them on character animation, composed some bits in After Effects and then finished it off in Premiere Pro. Everything was fine until I exported from Premiere Pro and one of the characters keeps flickering and glitching after export.
